At Lems Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your shoes are in brand new, resalable condition with no signs of outdoor wear and are packed in the original shoe box.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
